I’d like to invite you all to the first general meeting of the Transformative Adventures organization, the non-profit cooperative I’ve been working on forming to help support a “DIY Green New Deal.”

The mission of the organization is to support local level grassroots activists around the world in transforming their lives and communities.

To accomplish that goal, the envisioned core programs are:

1. Providing plug-and-play local-scale regenerative business models, programs, curricula, materials, marketing support, etc. created by a cooperative of global content-creators.

2. Provide local advocacy materials for activists to build local consensus on issues like sustainable landscape management and building a just and sustainable local-centered food system.

3. Promote good, measurable landscape management objectives that are ecologically regenerative and societally transformative and give recognition for those achieving those objectives.

Together, these three programs will help create a more effective movement with more local-level opportunity for activists to take action that’s economically sustainable and rewarding, with the opportunity to lead to a meaningful career.
