      I will be updating this article as I have time, but the basic idea is that our minds are our most important transformative asset. They are our most important tool for building a better world and a better life.

      Yet, how much time do you spend each day actually investing in a more flexible, powerful, effective and peaceful mind?

      While we often talk about our spiritual sides, we don’t often actually do anything to invest in our spiritual capital.

      With out Transformative Adventures approach of TAKING ACTION, we will be going on adventures that develop positive mind qualities. These adventures could include a yoga class, a meditation class, tai chi, prayer, or whatever fits your spirituality.

      Suggested Adventures:

      1. Meditation. While I don’t always agree with the philosophy, I find I learn a great deal from these talks by Thanissaro Bhikku. Pick one that appeals to you and try it out.
      2. 2-week quest. For two weeks, set aside 20 minutes a day to sit for one “evening” talk. Report back about how you feel.
