GuestHi people, there is this new term called mentastic. I don’t understand what it means and how it benefits mental health. Please help me. What is Mentastic, and how does it differ from traditional mental health approaches?

GuestMentastic is a relatively new approach to mental health that combines mindfulness practices with techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches. It differs from traditional mental health approaches in that it focuses on building skills and practices that promote resilience and prevent mental health issues from arising rather than solely addressing mental health concerns after they have already developed. Mentastic techniques help individuals develop greater self-awareness, cultivate positive thinking patterns, and build coping skills that can be used in everyday life. Unlike traditional talk therapy, Mentastic practices may include physical movement, breathwork, and other embodied techniques that engage the body and mind.
